I don't know if he would be flirting since he's pretty much asexual and reacts towards anything sexual in nature in revulsion. I think, as one of my friends mentioned, the closest thing he would get to accidentally flirting is he's acting nice towards someone and they interpret it as flirting. But, I can also see where it would be completely awkward, as well.

I bet it wouldn't look like he's flirting. He'd just be trying to talk to someone. And trying to make it not look like flirting. Maybe trying too hard to make it not look like flirting. And probably fucking it up. And be nervous about talking to them to begin with.
