PER: Free Base for Pride
Finally got the pride base I wanted to make done for completely free use!
You can download the PSD from my Deviantart at this link (And some non-colored part examples):

It contains the download of the PSD file (Warning, it is a large file) which has everything in folders for easy toggling on and off. It contains:
O Batpony wings & pupils
O Pegasus wings, tail feathers, and feathery fetlocks
O Unicorn horn, tail, and flowing fetlocks
O 3 types of eyes
O 4 types of eyebrows
O Pride flag cape
O Pride ribbon
O Masquerade/Superhero-esque mask
You will have to fill in your own colors (including flag colors, as I am unfortunately unaware of every flag that exists and it's easier for folks to fill in their chosen one)l though a shading layer is included on all parts.
Anyone has my permission to use this for public or private purposes! This base, however, is not to be used for commercial purposes or other purposes of profit. (Thing such as selling adopts or doing commissions on this base are not allowed - you may give away filled in adopts of this base for free though).
This base may NOT be used for transphobic, homophobic, or racist purposes! If I discover you are using it for such purposes, you will be permanently blacklisted and blocked.
