Seeing someone tickle an attractive guy only in shorts/underwear/swimwear by digging their fingers against the soles of his human shaped bare feet is so darn hot.
In my personal opinion, your bat-boi totally deserved some tickles for looking so darn cute, being only in his swim trunks and having cute bare feet and all.
