Satoshi with 2 Wispon Blades. His Prototype, put together, Blade, and one that's more refined (probably stolen from Eggman or something). Got the idea from Rex in Xenoblade 3 (Spoilers). And the Wisps that he has with him, similar to Whisper.

Each one does something different, as they do in the games. Some are just laser swords. Others are like the Blue Wisp and take a different form and some can do certain things.
Cyan: Laser Blade. Can extend for longer reach.
Red: Fire Blade. Shorter blade with flames out the back. Fires bolts of fire.
Blue: Hammer "Blade".
Crimson: Feathered Blade. More hits make more combo-birds to fly at enemies.
Gray: Spike Blade. Summons spikes from the ground.
Indigo: Meteor Blade. Swinging against things sends flying smaller objects.
Ivory: Whip Blade. Electric whip like tool for grapple.
Green: Hover Blade. Double-Bladed for hovering.
Pink: Rotary Blade. Chainsaw like.
Yellow: Drill Blade. Large Drill for making holes.

BTW, outfit is not canon, maybe? Just fooling around with things as I was working on the pic and idea
