This is the result of one of those sweet sketches that Sanssouci offer for time to time. Here we can see Muscari making a not so proper use of one of her defensive weapons:"the cold breath". Cottonette is obviously the one to blame for that. :p

FYI, Muscari has an organ that collects special nutrients created in the digestion of certain minerals, turns them into a gas, and distributes it in the body to help it to stay cool. She can use the gas to defend herself since the organ is connected to her nasal cavity and thus can expel it through her nose. It may be an extremely degraded version of the cold breath of her dragon's heritage, especially in a warm environment, but can be noticeably dangerous in a cold one. Also, the gas created is highly flammable, making the impression that she can breath fire if she has a way to ignite it.
