Asking Farel for Comic Advise
I noticed how despite my humble and self-depreciating nature, when someone asks me for advise them with their comic, I act very differently:
- I act like an experienced artist
- I am much less hesitant about being blunt and pointing out another person's mistakes
- I expect people to take my criticism and learn from it
- I see a very skilled artist draw a comic, and might insist that my own poorly drawn one is superior as a representation of how comics should being
This is why I decided to portray this in a hyperbolic way, with Your-Character-Here presenting his Your-Comic-Here to me, and me transforming into Anton Ego, the food critic from Pixar's "Ratatouille".
