Here’s an interesting take on a Chicago staple food, in my version I used 3 kinds of cheese along with the usual sautéed vegetables and sliced Turkey all served on a warm sandwich bun with dip and a side of potato salad.

Here’s how I made mine:

1-in a hot pan, sautée onions and bell peppers with choice spices until veggies are tender and cooked
2-assemble sandwich starting with alternating cheeses and sliced Turkey, then add sautéed veggies and close
3-serve with dip and choice of favourite side dish and enjoy!
