If there is such a thing as a visual pun, surely this is one. I didn't even realise I was drawing an owl in a city until I was finished with it, too. I wasn't even listening to Owl City when I drew it either. It was Beck, actually.

I'd be able to tolerate Owl city if people didn't call it synthpop. Eurythmics' Sweet Dreams is synthpop, Kraftwerk's Die Mensch-Maschine is synthpop, Ladyton's 604 is synthpop, YMO's début is synthpop. Owl City is just pop along the lines of the Lighthouse Family.
