A twisted and tyrant governor who rules his island with corruption and injustice, using his army for his own benefits. Some Scarlet Island habitants think that He has a contract with the local devil, Belfegor, because Vargas has a special comunicating suggestion with all Island's citizent, covering all his atricities and business with drugs and guns dealers and some weirds taxes that strangely are acepted with the people. But he is a coward too... and his tyrany administration would be about to end.

justamente esa fue mi finalidad en el ambiente de esta historia. retratar la demagogia que transmiten los malos gobernantes latinos, en especial aquellos que ocultaban sus negociados sucios en sus gobiernos (aqui tuvimos unos que estuvo como 10 años en el poder en los 90 y ahora nos queremos agarrar la cabeza con todo lo que hizo) pero si te pones a pensar... si esto lo lee un lector europeo... especialmente un frances... lo puede ver posible pero de ahi a que sea verdad, suena un poco imposible no?
hay cosas que se ven en nuestra lastimada sudamerica que para los ojos extranjeros... Parecen de fabula.
