Slower moving than their surface dwelling cousins, the scavenging Tripotaurs are one of the less understood deep sea civilizations, IF they in fact have some sort of organized civilization. The Taur's hands are not dexterous enough to perform the complicated weaving found on their arms, so it is hypothesized that the Mers do it for them during trips to the richer surface areas. However, the senses, nails, and fin ends of a Tripotaur are very sensitive, allowing them to scavenge for all types of food far before any other deep sea floor organisms. However, more information is needed to make any data definite.
A 'Taur based of the lovely Tripodfish. Fish! I have noticed a trend with me and fish as well as dragons... HMMMM. Suspicious.
