Not all friendships last, but I hope at least, we can use the opportunity to add to the world, and add to each-other.
It's a turmoil of emotion, and a failure of both parties. Some shut up, and some shut in. Anger or Melancholy. Silence or Fear. I was reserved, submissive. I failed to step forward when I should have. I chose to be quiet when I should have been loud.
For those of you like me- Confrontation is difficult, I didn't want to step on toes, didn't want to be difficult, but if I had, maybe it wouldn't have gotten this bad.

We both did our fair share of hurting- in our own original ways. The way we handled it was different, but the pain was all the same. Confusion, melancholy, loneliness.

It is over, but it was good while it lasted. Here's to a long life.
