Head is all-foam construction over a handmade balaclava. He's mostly blanket-stitched (my current sewing machine can't handle fur this thick).
Eyes are plastic bowls with colored one-way fabric. I used Letraset brand markers, because they are the only company who doesn't LIE and make dark blue permanent markers but put sneaky sky blue caps on them. Eyelids and polar fleece and foam. Nose is Sculpey that has been painted black with acrylics and then varnished for durability.
FOR SALE, $150 starting bid and $250 buyout!

(answering in English so others can benefit from this conversation-- she was asking how I got my eye holes so round)
A dremel/rotary tool and box cutters/razor blades. I bought a dremel from Canadian Tire for $10. I use a bottle of Aspirin to trace a circle on the back of my plastic eyes and I go over the lines with my box cutters until I can punch the rough shape out. I use a dremel to clean up the edges. You could use sandpaper too, but it would take longer.
