The stars weep with fiery wrath, anguish turned to rage.
Their bright glimmer fades and the flames of the maddened queen beckon the encroaching darkness of a future destroyed.
She who has done naught but give will now take— and it will cost everything.
This is her descent, her requiem to an age lost by her own doing.
It's from this point forward that the esteemed Queen of the North, the one who brought light back to these lands, steeped it once more in darkness and death.

And here we have part 3! A much more immediate response of exactly 'what' happened after Iseldrllyr came across the harrowing sight of her murderer young. As one can imagine, a betrayal of this level was too much. She, completely, snapped. A rage bent on destroying all, her impressive kingdom falls, not conquered by another nation, but by her own hand.
Once again, I REALLY love this piece. I wanted an illustration of a big dragon doing big dragon things, and did I get it! The artist, once again, delivered and I'm utterly in LOVE with this piece. <3 I've thoroughly enjoyed being able to convey Iseldrllyr's tragic tale through art, and I thank the artist for doing such a good job in helping me do so. MAYBE PART 4 SOMETIME?! Of just the aftermath, of what exactly happens henceforth.
And yes, yes, Iseldrllyr does technically breathe blue fire... But I'm a sucker for the classics, and the orange fire looked SO good here.

That's... probably one of the few "big dragon rampage" arts that is ABSOLUTELY justified by any means

Well then, there is no better way to unleash true hell than killing someones children, and in that doesnt matter the species...though obviously a dragon will always be the max expression of it xp.
Either way, this work truly express the mood of rage and pain, making it rain fire over those that hurt her, truly a powerful piece and your words help to make it stronger x3
