Unlike my Space Marine army, I haven't given names to all of my sergeants... or even to most of my officers. This guy is a random lieutenant for my Cityfighter army. I'm not overly happy with how his fleshtones turned out, and I've sinced added more definition, and painted an eye on him.

Lots of conversion on this model. Arms, legs, and head are all from the Catachan Jungle Fighters box. Torso is from the Cadian Shock Troopers kit. Backpack from the Catachan Heavy Weapons Team box. Stormbolter from the Space Marine Terminators box.

I wanted my lieutenant to look a little bit... beefier than the rest of the rabble. So I decided that the rather muscular arms from the Catachan set (along with the huge machete) would look pretty badass. Then I trimmed the laspistol from the left arm and did some very careful trimming to remove the stormbolter from the Terminator arm, and affixed it to this arm. As an extra touch, I used Green Stuff to make an eyepatch for him, as I wanted him to be a grizzled, hard-fought veteran.
