A bit of an oddball.

They/Them, autistic, and non-verbal, Foggy was nicknamed 'Froggy' as a foal and from then on that stuck with him up to adulthood.
Eccentric and a little devious, they have quite the array of particular interests, including amphibians and recreational drugs. Unable to use their voice, they resort to create little pictures with their magic, always representing themselves as a little green frog.

Born from two quite liberal parents (Snake Bites and Misty Day), they have no concept of consequences and they are more than happy to evade their responsibilities. Yet, when it comes to their physically disabled sister Angel Feather, they are loving and extremely protective, to the point they want to keep her for themselves even after collage, making her promise she will come back to them once she graduates.

A foal book illustrator and a good parent, they live a simple hedonistic life in Jolly Bay.
