The time finally came when I was to give birth to my foal. The farmers couldn't understand me, but I wanted my stallion horse to be there with me, and I also wanted my cow friend to be there. When the news reached my horse mate, he called out for her and she bellowed out across as we neighed for her.

Luckily, they seemed to get the message, and after a short phone call, she was let into the barn along with my mate. Not going to lie, it was a bit painful, especially since I didn't have any painkillers.

"It's going to be okay. We will help, and you are in good hands... and hooves!" The stallion tells me as I nuzzle him.

"You'll need your strength sweetie, have some milk to give you the strength to push." The cow offers, presenting her udder which I quickly latched on. Quickly suckling her milk as if I was dehydrated and needed something to quench my thirst.

The farmers got behind me and helped pull out the hooves of the horse and strapped them with a strap as they stretched my womb out to give the foal room.

The cow and stallion nuzzle me after I finish her milk. I begin to sweat as I feel them tug while I push with all my might. I neigh in intense pain as I feel my insides stretch to it's maximum until I hear a pop and the horse and cow smile as I feel a big weight slide out of me and onto the hay below.

"It's a boy!" The farmer says checking the foal as I walk over and lay next to him, such a beautiful horse. Dark brown fur, combined from his daddy and mommy!

"Congratulations! You're a Mama now!" The cow says congratulating me. "And you're a Papa now!" She says licking the stallion.

The cow had to leave the barn after the birth, but I was going to see her soon. Now it was just me nursing my foal as my loving stallion laid right beside me.

Months later, I was pregnant with my second foal as we walked as a horse family over to the cherry tree.

"Mommy? What's this tree?" my child asks.

"This is a special tree where your Daddy and I used to rest all the time. Want to do the honors and join us under here?" I ask

"Yes Mama!" He says as all of us lie down in front of the cherry tree, one happy horse family! ^^
