Never been to Buc-ee’s before, but did pass one by during my trip to Panama City Beach.

This is great. Just visited his beaver friend's establishment while in Texas two weeks ago.

Never been to a bucees. I'm guessing it's up there with visiting wall drug.

I get major Wall Drug vibes from it. The bumper stickers are everywhere (and I guess I'm not helping things).

I had one opportunity to visit wall drug many years ago, when I was driving from Seattle to Boston. But I had the choice of seeing Wall Drug or Mount Rushmore. I chose the mountain. I wish I had the extra cash on that trip so I could have backtracked to see wall drug, since I had been seeing their signs starting in the Rocky mountains. But I didn't.

I saw this and thought "wait, that reminds me of something" Umm yeah lol awesome!

Gas stations having good enough food that people would go out of their way to eat there and get into fights over which chain is better is still such a bizarroland idea to me, and I've been living in Sheetz territory for over a decade now. Boomers have their ethnic jokes; I'm gonna be an old man missing when we could still make fun of gas station wieners.

What a time to be alive, when gas station food can be enjoyed unironically. And what can I say, I fell for the hundreds of miles of bright and colorful beaver signs and now I'm the one eating the famous kolaches.

This is a pretty cool inspiration from the Buc-ee’s logo. Like how it turned out.

I've never been in a Buc Ees' of a Racetrac, but I remember when the company that serviced the food machines stocked them with sushi. I was on mobile patrol that night and I had to drive three victims to the hospital...

After the Choke Canyon verdict (a cartoon alligator + the color yellow apparently indecipherable from a cartoon beaver + the color yellow).
