*looks again* I completely missed the ripples from breaking the surface tension. Darn you and your subtlety! :P You have to admit though that at first glance it does look like he's wearing socks. And I wasn't expecting the lack of toes or blocky feet to suggest the blur, so that too made him seem to be wearing socks.
