How'd you do the hair so well 🙄

A lot of fussing with it tbh... but the short of it is:
block out large blocks of shadow and light with a combination of hard and soft edges.

go in to isolate chunks (by using the light or shadow) from those blocks to show the direction/volume of the hair. I usually use the lasso tool to get some sharp edges there (i can soften them if i want with an airbrush)

a lot of that. start to pull forward sections that should have more detail and using a brush to start making more minute details..

idk if this helps lol.. maybe i'll try to do a tutorial next time i work on hair.

This is why I just get artists to do it for me xD sounds complicated af
