Appearance: Jack is a green, scaly lizard with a completely normal build. He has clawtips on his fingers and toes. He has dark green spikes on his neck that go down his back and end at the tail.His eyes have black pupils, gold coloring, and a yellow sclera. He's usually seen wearing a hat with a large brim that goes all around, an overcoat that's usually buttoned up, pants, gloves, and boots. All of these clothes are black. He usually has a black latex collar with a white button on the back on his person as well as a silver dagger with a dark grey leather handle.

Bio: Not much is known about this lizard... allegedly, Jack is not even his real name. However, his tastes are clear to the public and he has a thing for cutting people up... magically. In his wake, he has left quite a few victims completely changed: without heads, completely shrunk, covered in thick material, or anything else vicious. He does this using black magic and the victims he chooses are usually ones with vindictive or mean-spirited traits. His targets can be either gender as well.

Records show that his favorite tactic is leaving victims without their heads, either wandering about confused or content with their current condition. Nobody knows for sure if his magic has persuaded them or they simply decided not to care with their newfound independence. They say he places the heads in a trophy room where they're placed on a mantle or a pillow surrounded by a glass case. Although rare, if the conditions are right, the victim may finally return to normalcy by his magic.

Security has placed the bandit on the FBI's Most Wanted and have a very high reward for the capture of Jack the Slicer. So far, he has escaped every attempt, but the police will not rest until he is brought to justice and the heads (or possibly any other parts) are returned to their owners.

Personality: Jack is an affable sort, speaking eloquently and modestly. His motives are insane and he's completely aware of that fact. He loves dabbling in the dark arts, continuing to find new ways to stay in the shadows and mark his next victims. He loves the color black, classic literature, stargazing, and admiring his collection of heads. Allegedly by police records, he may be bisexual.



My 7th character and this time around, I decided that I needed to make an evil character straight from the loony bin. So you better watch out, you better not cry, you better not pout, I'm telling you why... Jack the Slicer's coming to town~

Edit: I decided to expand his abilities to include more than just taking heads. Hopefully this will make him more versatile.
