Sooo, this one got more and more added to it as I continued working on this. The first idea was just to draw a Lugia on a treadmill, encouraged by sweets and all that, but when I was almos done drawing the Lugia, I remembered my very first traditional Lugia drawing, which was basically the same. Then I decided to give this a proper 'Revisit' and add a whole bunch more. And when I had the background screens done, I also remembered a Lugia I called Chris. Well, there he is again. I actually wanted to try out a different belly style, to have it look more... static? Solid? Well, I pretty much achieved what I had in mind. Overall, VERY happy with this.
