A collaboration between   justathereptile and I to commemorate our father who passed away in February this year. You never really know just what kind of relationship you have with someone until they're gone. I'd argue that our relationship with our dad was pretty ideal, and where some fathers won't always stick around, he did. In fact he was the most supportive person in our family. Hell he went out of his way to ensure we had the software necessary to be able to make the things we do.

If it wasn't for him I wouldn't be an artist, a 3D animator, a Godzilla fan, etc. After moving into the new house with him last year well it was only for that short amount of time....bt Id argue it was one of the best. I'd like to think that despite the last couple years being the hardest for him physically, he got to live long enough to see his favorite marvel series brought on by the big screen, even getting to see End Game become a thing, which was one of his favorite issues in Marvel, he used to even tell me stories he's read including concepts like omnipotence and other cool concepts. He also loved the ocean and also talking about things like space. He was an incredible man and I can say we were definitely blessed to have had him as a father.

In this piece it features him as a creature we had something in mind something that'd be a slight middle ground between me and Justa's avatar creatures and the like. His head is akin to a bird of prey because when he used to do music and gigs he had is own personal studio in the house he dubbed 'Black Hawk Productions.' and there was always a picture of a hawk (the bird) with lightning and thunder in the background. But the main reason he has lightning abilities is because he taught me how not to fear thunder, by watching the lightning, and on the day that he did pass away there was a thunderstorm rolling by the house as if he was leaving in the form of this said anomaly. In hindsight it was pretty rad, despite the fact despite well the fact ht was no longer with us by this point.

Now every time I see a small thunderstorm roll by at sunset, I think of him. Thanks again for everything dad.
