While the stories he enters are fun, even when his actions change the intended narrative, lupin still longs for the day when he can become the hero of his own story.

In fact, when he isn’t engaging in one already, lupin will take any opportunity to draw his own tale. And while the age he is at requires that he does so in diapers to avoid staining the floor or bed, the experience still never fails to fill him with joy.

Mr narrator still has yet to catch him doing this, but if he ever did, he’d probably humour him one day and read lupin’s story as a bonding activity
