I had to redesign an old background oc that was important for my other ocs lore. i really wanted to show with his design that he's a siimple guy, looks friendly and inviting, however he's an evil motherfucker that ruined the main characters life behind his back. he's mostly neutral colors to make it work for his duality of character.
