That's it. I'm designing myself a lab rat fursona. I've been considering it for a while now but I need a critter to just abuse and/or subject to random shenanigans.

Haven't named him yet, still considering adding one of those ID tags in one of his ears, his whole deal is probably "unfortunate test subject" and that translates into being subjected to weird fetish stuff I wouldn't normally partake in.

I love Maurice's personality and character and seeing him react to all these weird situations you put him in is interesting. I like seeing these sort of scenes but the dude involved is a mixed of confused, annoyed, uncomfortable, nervous, and just 100% done at times.

He looks a lot like my all-but-forgotten nerdy rat demihuman teenager dude, that's entirely coincidental but maybe the two are related. Maybe this rat guy can be rat boy's uncle and also test subject for science projects if I want to torture him further.

I know this is tiny Maurice and I think you had a giant character from a while back that you might have planned to use for vore stuff, but... what about GIANT MAURICE?

AND YOU ARE CORRECT: I have been considering a giant Maurice. I just haven't taken the time to sit down and draw him.

I gotta ask, what would Maurice's first thought upon becoming huge be? Knowing him he'd either freak out while being equally freaked out that he's going to step on someone and/or cause millions of dollars in property damage, wonder how he's gonna find clothes in 9000XL sizes, or decide that he wants to kick Godzilla's ass.
Part of me thinks it would be comical for the Power Rangers to roll up in their MegaZord and fight him and he'd be equally annoyed that they think he's ugly enough to be one of their typical monsters AND that he's just trying to figure out what to do next and they're assaulting him for no reason, but the sheer effort that would go into drawing that sort of thing... ouch.

I've yet to decide what to do with Rat Man, but it did make me decide to finally find that sketch of a portrait of Rat Boy I did like a year and a half ago and start doing some revisions. I'd remembered the rat boy existed when I was crossposting my gallery elsewhere recently and I realized I never gave him a name besides "Bucky", but "Edward" sorta works. I'll need to name the rat guy too, if he has "alternate 'sona" energy I need to find yet *another* plausible variant/"close enough" to "Dominic"...
The idea that they both came out of some genetics research experiment is both totally out there and 100% plausible in-universe so it might be worth exploring, but I also like the idea that they're just totally normal rat people with a knack for being test subjects. Maybe Rat Guy's day job is actually just being a janitor at a lab and he's just consistently unfortunate enough to get grabbed by unscrupulous scientists to be a test subject whenever I'm in the mood to draw mad science.
