-His snaggle tooth is made out of copper
- His nickname is not related to his occupation, but comes from his underprivileged childhood in which his mother fixed a majority of his clothes with "scraps" of cloth, other kids his age commonly joked that he "only ate scraps from behind the school cafeteria"
