Traced over a randomly generated map and did some edits and slapped some biomes onto it because ive reeeallly been needing to put something together for this planet considering this is the entire place that my story takes place on. RC1 is a freezing fucking cold planet with blue, red, and green plant life.

only the 1 base as much as i care about worldbuilding and realism i will completely crush that shit under my feet if it means having a cooler story. and because i want the characters to feel as isolated and hopeless as possible, the nearest other land-based intelligent life is actual light years away.

this planet is the home of an aquatic alien species called the pelegith, but, pelegith cant help very much. they cant be on the surface very long, and we definitely cant be in their arctic water very long, so no matter how friendly and well-meaning they are they are not gonna be able to save your life. also theyre like 2 pounds. so. yeah.
