THE BEST chapter yet; it moved the plot along, answered Questions while creating others, and it bridged a Culture gap. overall your best work in the novel!

As I was reading, It just seemed to use all the right words that an Author of this genre would use. It's hard to explain, but this chapter just felt...... right. :-\

Arrogant bastard, seriously. And if his father is serious he should stop Carnoc from acting like this (I expected him to say something about that and not "deal with it", leaves the impression he doesn't care what his son does at the moment. Not provoking others is also a form of self-control). Carnoc really has enough to think about and not bother Sean. He puts himself in danger for things that are at all none of his business for their safety's sake and at least they could show a bit gratitude. He is no dragon and they fucking know that.

Yep, he sure makes himself pretty difficult to root for. :P He never thinks, he just does stuff, consequences be damned.

(I titled part 1 of the story "Actions" and part two "Consequences." Maybe things are going to catch up to him... :P )
