This friendly tribe has a sacred ritual to summon rain during the Dry Season. It involves torturing this poor sensitive bat on all his weakest spots until his own eyes start raining tears of ticklish despair. The bat is ALWAYS chosen, since he's the most sensitive in the tribe. And oh so bullyable.
The ritual has been tried many times, and it only worked once, but they keep trying. The bat is always available for an intense session.
