What is its lair?
Why does it need a "partner"?
What will it do with she?
Does it take care of its captives? (I sincerely hope so)
Where is it from?
Is it one huge monster, or a swarm of smaller ones?

Nevertheless. The presence of not even a plot, but a description of this monster hooked me. This is what I called "lore". It hooked me so much that there was a desire to prescribe it in more detail.
