Indeed! I just didn't bother to give him any of his accessories here, as he's just posing in his underwear, perhaps looking for some booty to plunder (or looking to get his booty plundered...).
Now that I think about it, MOST of my art of him is him just posing in his underwear. Either he's a terrible pirate and winds up getting his clothes (and maybe even himself) stolen fairly often, or he's just that arrogant and confident that he will wander around his ship in nothing but briefs and a smug smirk.
