Iron Artist Exalted - 4 - Trance of Unhesitating Speed
The remote city of Gethamane in the frozen North is one of the safest and most secure cities in all of Creation. Except for the.. Well.. basement areas. There are... things down there. And occasionally, the city needs to hire outside help to deal with some of the infestations. And when you've been hired as a freelance "Oh my god, what the hell is that?!?!" exterminator, you want the ability to fire a shitload of arrows into it faster then you can blink without having to worry about things like how fast your bow can actually fire and how fast your arm can actually move. Enter Trance of Unhesitating Speed.

Trance of Unhesitating Speed
Cost: 2m or 4m per attack || Mins: Archery 3, Essence 2 || Type: Extra Action

The ideal archer flows with soft and unhesitating grace through the motions of firing her weapon. This Charm is a magical flurry of two or more Archery-based attacks. Each attack costs two motes, including the first, and the Exalt can buy up to (her permanent Essence + 1) attacks. This Charm lets the Solar make these attacks regardless of the weapon's Rate, without multiple action penalties, and with a DV penalty equal to the highest penalty for any one attack.
Some Archery weapons, such as firewands and siege crossbows, are difficult to fire rapidly. Characters using Trance of Unhesitating Speed with a weapon that has a Rate less than 1 must spend four motes rather than two motes on each attack.
This Charm need not be Obvious if the character does not exceed the normal Rate of the bow, but it can be Obvious at any time if the activating character desires.

In Exalted rules, that's just doing your normal split-action attack with a descriptive stunt for the dice bonus. So yes, you'd have four arrows shot at -2, -3, -4, -5 dice respectively (assuming a two dice stunt), and you'd be at -4 defense from the multiple actions until your next turn.
With this Charm, you get the same effect, but full dice pool for each, and only -1 defense.
