Being a sheriff of a boom town such as Cookie Gulch is no easy walk in the park. As the official sheriff of the Diaper Deputies of Cookie Gulch, Sheriff Marshall gets up at the crack at dawn (usually around 5 am in the morning), takes a quick shower, changes into a fresh diaper, have breakfast (mostly cooked up by either Davey or Amber), and have his big babies, Xerry and Nobath, be up and ready for school. Once breakfast is over, Sheriff Marshall puts on his bandanna, his cowboy hat and boots and heads downstairs where his office is located.

Once on his beat, Sheriff Marshall would get his trusty horse, Spunky, and ride across the town limits and outside of the town limits looking for criminals. After about an hour or so, the sheriff returns to town, puts Spunky in his stable and feeds him, and returns to his office for reports and be on the lookout for any crimes within the town.

And the crimes varies each day from time to time. Sometimes there'll be a bank robbery. Sometimes there'll be brawls in a local saloon. Sometimes there'll be some crazy idiot trying to blow up the local dam or some other private properties. Even wild animals such as bulls or wildcats would enter the town to scare local residents. And there's always that one sneaky varmint trying to illegally install the ever dreaded potty in a legal diaper law town. But no matter the odds, Sheriff Marshall and his posse of Diaper Deputies would capture each and every outlaw, be it furry or beast, and make Cookie Gulch safe and sound once again.

But even though Sheriff Marshall is a responsible and hard working sheriff, he's still a child at heart. And once his shift ends at 6 pm, he closes up his office and heads upstairs for dinner. Once entering his bunkhouse, Marshall would be greeted by his big babies, especially Xerry, for he knows that Marshall would want a horsie ride. So Xerry would get on his fours as Marshall would climb on Xerry's back. Once seated, Xerry would slowly crawl around with Marshall on his back as Marshall would yap out "Giddy up Xerry!" After a few laps around the bunkhouse, Marshall would get off Xerry's back and thank him for the ride. But Xerry would stay on his fours since he knows that his little bro Nobath would also want a horsie ride too.

And after dinner has been served, and after some TV time, Marshall would tuck his two babies in their crib. Then the sheriff would change himself into his night time diaper, climb into his crib and fall asleep with Rusty Raggs by his side right around 9 pm for the sheriff needs a good night's sleep so he'll be alert and refreshed to start the work day all over again.
