A rather tasty gem from !

Fixed me some chicken wings and mozzarella onion rings. I was inspired to attempt something I have never done before after seeing the mozzarella onion rings video here:

Though my first attempt may not have been perfect, I am confident that over thyme, I will make better looking mozzarella onion rings. Hope that you all enjoy.

From Chris: There are several things to mention with this recipe, so....

1.) I would pay attention to the comments in the YouTube video, especially this one: "@JPG.01: A small piece of advice: before stuffing the cheese between the onion rings, spread them out on a baking sheet or something similar and freeze them for an hour until they are solid. After that, unfreeze them in a bowl of tepid water. This will have a twofold effect, one is that it will make the rings tender and two this will allow you to remove the onion rings inner membrane. You want to remove it because it can make the coating slip."

3.) Ainoko mentions that the recipe for the onion rings ALSO has the recipe for the chicken wings. We have reviewed the video fully, however, no such recipe is available. (Even by the side bar, where similar recipes are posted.)
