Here's a character based on 
Mysticfader's Dorthy, an outfit by 
PrismaWielder for Apple Bloom, and the ears of Milla the Basset from Freedom Planet. No, she is not in the Frozarverse (Anthroshock and Star Heart), but she IS in Frozarcold (or I should say Coldverse) where she's most suited. :)
She's the more spunky girlfriend of Megan Mouse and...haven't come up with much else yet. Someday though. It's better if I actually make more art to show off her personality and give her a proper bio.
