You all should live your life to the fullest, enjoy the little things, spend time with loved ones!

Also be body positive, don't beat yourself up over your weight. I tend to do that and well it's lead to nowhere but me being upset for the whole day.

I also wanted to say that I'm trying to do better than I was or am now, I've been trying to find some ways to cope that are healthy such as writing and taking pictures to edit since that personally makes me happy! I hope that you who is reading this will also do better if you feel how I feel. 💕
