Stacy tries a new formula for the Dip which should allow her to use it in gaseous form. She uses it on Frannie in hope of finally being rid of that toon bunny once and for all. To both of their surprise, instead of melting her into ink and paint, Frannie just blew up like a parade balloon. Guess it's back to the drawing board for Stacy as Frannie wonders how long she'll be ballooned for.
