Hoo its an official and canon day give by disney, in fact its based on Stitch's original name "626" so his day is on June 26th so basicly 06/26 =626.
Its a bit like some pokemon's day based on theyr pokedex-number ^^. So yeal Lilo no have her day but she can still be with Stitch fir his own day :3 !
