Has any other disney princess been transformed in to animals/things canonically as much as Jasmine? Only one I can think of is Tiana in Frog Princess.

Ariel has a canon transformation in her movie, and there are transformations in Beauty and the Beast, Brave and Moana, its just not of the princess in them that does the transforming. For series there is an episode of the Tangled series where Rapunzel and other characters are turned into birds.

And to be fair Jasmine canonically only have two major transformations in the Aladdin series which aren't blink and miss them, the "eye of the beholder" episode where she goes naga and "Do the rat thing" where she gets turned into a rat. Most favor the naga transformation as its a rare case of a multi-stage transformation as the episode progresses rather then the often used puff of smoke and then the character is changed with no intermediate steps.
