For the record, THESE GUYS was pretty difficult to make (the beaks were a nightmare to create), but I think they turned out ok.
Babylon Rogues
A small three-man band of thieves that specialise in using devices of their own creations dubbed "Extreme Gears" for their thefts. The current membership consists of; the leader, Jet the Hawk, the mechanic, Wave the Swallow, and the muscle, Storm the Albatross.
Jet the Hawk
The current leader of the Babylon Rogues, inheriting the position from his father. He and his childhood friend, Wave spent their early lives in the Scraplands, hiding from the Eggman Empire after the previous generation of the Babylon Rogues were wiped out by them. Eager to get back at them, Jet and Wave fixed up the Extreme Gear they found in the Scraplands and used them to evade the soldiers for years until they escaped to Cocoa Island, where they met and recruited Storm. Eventually, the Babylon Rogues were reborn (although there are only three members) and have regained their notoriety their predecessors had, even causing trouble for the Eggman Empire's air force, the Battle Bird Armada. He and his companions do cross paths with Team Sonic and he developed a rivalry with Sonic, wanting to prove himself faster than the Hedgehog.
Wave the Swallow
The mechanic of the Babylon Rogues. She and Jet knew each other when they were kids due to their fathers being close comrades in the previous iteration, she always loved tinkering with machines, especially their group's signature devices, the Extreme Gear. After the previous Babylon Rogues perished fighting the Eggman Empire (they attempted to steal the Chaos Emerald Eggman had), Jet and Wave escaped to the Scraplands, where they spent most of their childhood hiding. As she got older, Wave experimented with the Extreme Gear, giving it enough upgrades to go toe-to-toe with even the Empire's strongest robots. She and Jet used the upgraded hover boards to escape the Empire and ended up in Cocoa Island, where they met Storm the Albatross and recruited him into the reborn Rogues. She and her companions ended up crossing paths with Team Sonic and developed a rivalry with them, and in Wave's case, she saw the young Tails someone she could match tech with, although she is a little dismissive of him due to his age.
Storm the Albatross
At a young age, Storm lived a simple life on Cocoa Island, until it was invaded and taken over by the Eggman Empire's air force, the Battle Bird Armada. Storm and countless others were taken in as slaves to work in the advanced factories built on the island, and Storm hated every second of it. Over the years, Storm spent most of his time working in the factories while training his body in secret. Eventually, he staged a rebellion but due to poor planning it was easily squashed. But before the armada soldiers could deliver Storm's punishment, Jet and Wave arrived in time to rescue him (they happened to be in the neighbourhood). They saw the unfortunately short rebellion and were impressed by Storm, so they offered him to join them. He accepted (he probably just wanted to have friends) and the three became the latest generation of the infamous group of thieves, the Babylon Rogues (although it took him a while to learn how to use the Extreme Gear). The Rogues have crossed paths with Team Sonic multiple times, and Storm ended up forming a (admittedly one-sided) rivalry with Knuckles, forming a grudge with him after the Echidna beat him in a boxing match.
