I also think that the cheeks should be essential for a good realistic body inflation, if the skin of the bodysuit is stretchy, so should the cheeks, a minimum size of double or triple the average size of the cheeks, almost reaching the size of head is fine. more indispensable they become when they are squirrels, like my OCs squirrels. if the inflatable bodysuit is gigantic, the cheeks must be gigantic too.

Well, according to the scene her cheeks get this big do to letting too much in! So, that's what I'm going with plus my canisters have little airbags that deploy to prevent removal! Cheeks still expand do to build & input intake of the user.
