Kelly seems to only wear a leather jump suit most of the time but she does have other outfits she wears for other occasions. She has a favorite outfit and this is it. She calls it the Royal Thief's Dress. She only wears this when she's committing her fanciest cappers. The outfit is comprised of a French silk dress designed to be like a king's cape, silk gloves, non reflective heels, a golden crown necklace laced with gems and solid pantyhose that match her fur color.
