Let me just start off by saying ive been working this for about two years now, on and off. I'd take breaks and come back to it and work on it from time to time. As titled, its the first date i went on with my partner. He took me to the woods where he grew up by a lake on a moonlight night in the fall. I did my best to capture that here. To me, it couldnt have been more perfect. I love the moon, the fall weather was great for cuddles and a fire, with all the snacks and drinks. We got to know each other pretty well and spent alot of the night just talking about life and hobbies. Never had i been on a date before, nevermind something romantic like this. I mean its romantic to me, or was XD i remember showing him the sketch a year ago and he had commented that "Thats not how that night went at all! Hyperthermic tent night was NOT amazing." Called him a liar cuz we both know we BOTH had alot of fun and enjoyed ourselves, even if it was chillier then normal. He agreed tho, i was right XD I wanted to capture that night to the best of my ability cuz it will always be one of my favorite memories with him. This was originally supposed to be done xmas of that year, but as you can see, that did not happen XD
