Yes, that´s right. It is his eye partly visible through the light felexion on the visor.

Ich fürchte das Paneling hier war ein wenig unübersichtlich.^^;
Captain Curious in der Mitte des ersten Panles lässt seinen Blaster sinken. Man sieht am rechten Rand des ersten Panels die zitternde Faust eines Klons. Das ist Strictly. Er hat bisher abgewartet, bis sein Captain den Befehl zur Exekution gibt. Als er sieht, dass der immer noch zögert, gerät er in Zorn und will jetzt die Befehlskette ignorieren, und Order 66 selbst ausführen.

Yes. Strictly is really conflicted, but he is so deeply rooted into the system of order and obidience, that he submit to the mental influence of the chip.
I took inspiration for Strictly from the police officer Javert, a character featured in Victor Hugo´s novel "Les Miserables".

Hm partly... yes.
Although I wrote the personality for my Voolvif Monn a little bit different, more like hard shell, soft core. Lonely, but afraid to form attachments. That sort of thing.

I thought it would be good to add Jokes line here to partly focus on the seriousness of the scenario, but yet again having something a little "joke-like" that would sound awkward in such a scenario.
Today it is raining. Maybe I can work on the next page a little bit earlier.

Good soldier follow orders, a nice reference to the Bad Batch animated series, and Strictly even if conflicted like the others, obedience is strong for him, to fulfil the order. For him it would be seeing his commanding officer once again hesitating and as before he was forced to take command, and if he's the only one who can do what needs to be done, no joy in it just that duty must be done even if unpleasant, a good soldier follows orders.

For the others, we've seen their doubts and confusion, likely regret, and Voolvif Monn having reminded them of everything they've been through, for once Jokes himself unable to think of a joke summing it up for all of them.

Voolvif, bloodied, sweaty, a defiant glare in his eyes and a growl in his throat, that last moment of defiance, last reserves of strength, and the glimpse of Strictly's eye through his helmet's visor, third and fourth panels are the highlights for me of this page.
