That's a very cool and compact anthro redesign of Noivern. Even if the lady herself is anything but compact, it's a nice look and works well with the character in question. It's difficult enough for her to fit in that plaid shirt, I could only imagine how much worse it would be if there was still a membrane connecting the wings.

Small note? I like how her legs are actually still pretty muscular. While the outfit and the accent are quick, easy to notice, ways of establishing her pleasant personality and southern-ness (the jewelry could as well, I actually don't know), that's a nice touch to sell that they are and what their profession is that'll pay for the incoming closing of the Buffet Grande. They may even recognize some of their own produce here!

That's enough rambling though. Excellent work, I love the expression and fat bat with the nice round shape is good.
