Is Haida using his "Omegaverse Alpha Powers" in order to force "Omegaverse Omega" Haida to follow his command?
Honestly, it makes sense that most male hyenas would be Omegas. IIRC, the female hyenas are bigger and stronger, making them clear alphas. Retsuko is probably also an Alpha pretending to be a Beta, causing her "demon" side to lash out in heavy metal rock music.
That's probably also why Retsuko fell so easily for clear Omega Resasuke, and why she couldn't get things to work with Tadano, who is also an Alpha pretending to be a Beta.
