31 is a special number for me.
That was the apartment number of my grandmother in San Francisco's Chinatown...located one block from a Baskin- Robbins shop where my sister and I would get a treat when we visited her. My grandmother passed away in 1990 and the Baskin Robbins store closed down a few years before.
Double scoop of good memories there.
