Somebody failed all of their Wisdom saves, slowly succumbed to feral rage, tried to attack their party members, got beat into unconsciousness four times, had their party members take his gear, put a dog collar on him to ID him, and left him in the woods to maul animals only for him to show up naked and embarrassed after they had done the most important plot thing without him.
