Adorable!
And my brain thinks it's quite similar to a marshmallow peep version of your character.
Perhaps it's the stylized S shaped curves that do it.
Anyway, neat idea and a fun design style.

Reminds me of that old tank game where you had to adjust your trajectory in order to avoid landscape obstacles to hit the tank on the other side, I find that very cute XD

This style and how Mac is drawn reminds me of the Yak guy from Cartoon Network's "Secret Squirrel" as shown in the "Two Stupid Dogs" series.
