I rescued my dog to train as a PTSD Support Animal. She has it even worse than I do. We have felony-level fireworks going off around the neighborhood -- not sparklers or skyrockets but 1/4 and 1/2 stick equivalents. The house shakes and the dishes rattle. My poor little dog is whimpering in her sleep.
